Below are the average delivery times for all our packages:

– Once your order has been placed, we need 1–4 business days to process it. However, if the order is placed on a Friday evening or during the weekend, it may take a little longer.

Canceling an Order

Once the order has been placed, it is immediately prepared for shipping by our automated systems. Therefore, it is unfortunately not possible to cancel a completed order. If you have any concerns about the product you received, we offer a hassle-free return process. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt and receive a full refund.

Responsibility for Uncollected Packages

In the event that a package is not delivered because the customer was not home and it is sent to the post office for pickup, it is the customer’s responsibility to collect the package within the specified time period. If the package is returned to us because the customer failed to pick it up, we do not offer refunds. However, we can resend the package at the customer’s expense. To arrange a new shipment, please contact us via email and we will provide you with the shipping cost. If the customer does not agree to this solution, they must provide proof that we failed to fulfill our delivery obligation.

Contact the Seller Before Filing a Dispute or Chargeback Request

If the consumer intends to file a dispute or chargeback request with the bank or payment service provider, it is mandatory to contact the seller first. The consumer must inform the seller in writing about the issue and give them the opportunity to resolve it. This can be done via email or the contact form on our website. If the seller does not respond within a reasonable time or if the issue is not resolved to the consumer's satisfaction, the consumer may consider filing a dispute or chargeback request. By contacting the seller first, the consumer gives the opportunity to resolve the matter quickly and efficiently without involving third parties.
